Or not.....I was a proponent of it for several months. Then, I started noticing the problems everyone had warned me about; with their exterior plastic developing a white film on it.

finally got it off with a toothbrush and soapy water. began using combo of megs plastic cleaner and 303. haven't looked back since.

I'll pass as well. The black doesn't last very long before the white haze sets in.

I'm going to echo the other side of the coin on this product...

It's garbage. Temporary results and run problems when exposed to rain.

Two huge thumbs down in my book... to each their own though.

I really like a lot of Mothers products but I agree with the others, Back to Black is just a worthless product. I actually just use Meguiars Natural Shine on my exterior plastic. If it happens to rain I just give the truck a quick wash and reapply.

303 with an SPF 40 -- Bed-liners to vinyl house shutters. Hell I use it on my lawn mower plastic parts. It doesn't get any better than 303 IMO. Use a sponge applicator though.

I have been using Meguairs Gold Class Trim Shine (the gel version) with fantastic results.

I am sold on that.

I have used Back to Black in the past, I agree did not hold up well at all.
NOW...303, the best. You can find it local at a good trim shop or marina.
Good luck.

I'd start trying to get it off now, before it starts turning the white color. Its especially difficult because of the textured plastic on the bed rails and rear bumper. It will make your plastic look even more faded than it is.

Wow I recently purchased some of this and have used it once on my plastic trim. Based on these inputs I won't be using it again though. Lucky for me I was going to wash my truck today and use it, but I just got lazy and decided to use the 5 hours I normally spend washing/detailing my truck every weekend on watching TV instead.

I'm going to get me some Hyper Dressing that RP mentioned in a different thread and give that a try. I have used Armor All on all other vehicles with good results, but I'm not impressed with how it holds up on my truck. Seems to run down the side of the truck after a good rain.
