Just washed my truck for the first time

Bought it a month ago and decided to wash it yesterday. Considering how long it took me and how much I make, I'm letting somebody else do it next time.

It already takes me about an hour to wash my motorcycle...

Your a brave man. There's not many people in this world I'd trust to wash my truck.

If it takes you an hour to wash your motorcycle, then I don't blame you.

Well, for me it's just a truck. My daily driver, get dirty, beat on it, tool. I pamper my other toys.

Now if this were a brand new King Ranch things would be different.

I have to admit, if my '05 F-150 was just my daily driver, I'd likely resort to a weekly "touchless" wash and leave it at that. I love my truck, but washing and detailing it to a very high standard it is one he11 of a big chore.......

Only an hour? You must not ride it much, huh?

You waited a month to wash it. I washed mine as soon as I got home from the dealer.

3 months mine has been washed by hand twice and once through the spray by hand and once through spray touchless.

but i got my connection now, a person at the dealer does it on the side.
so now i get it done right i live in a condo so i cant wash i by hand myself.

Wow I musta pushed somebody's sensitive buttons.

I'm not implying I'm wealthy but considering how long it took me to wash it I'd rather pay somebody else. I didn't want to buy a brand new KR when I could write a check for an old truck, not pay the depreciation and still get more truck than I actually need. Meanwhile the money I didn't spend can go into my house or other hobbies.
