Ok guys I am done claying, pics inside...

Whew I am tired.....spent almost 5 hours detailing my truck today. Take a look at the pics and let me know what you think.

Products I used....in these steps.

1. Meg's Gold Class Car Wash. (Dried with Meg's Water Magnet)
2. Used Clay Magic Clay and Detailer.
3. Polished with Meg's Polish #2.
4. Waxed with Meg's Carnauba Wax #3.
5. Went back over with Meg's Gold Microfiber towels
6. Detailed rest of truck with Meg's Trim Detailer, Meg's NXT Insane Shine Window cleaner.
7. Used TW F21 Tire Foam...wiped clean with Eagle Foam pads.
8. Polished rims with TW Ice Polish.

Here are some pics.....I took some at home and then drove to my church and parked it under the canopy for some shade pics.

I have a question for you. How do you keep the water that comes out of the Stepside tiedowns from leaving streaks? I washed mine and I had to keep going back and forth drying the things cause water kept coming out of them and I still have water lines.

texasmusic I will not lie to you bud, I have them also, but the Meguiar's Trim Detailer seems to stop the water from streaking when I spray them, or at least I don't have to wipe them as much.

Thanks to all the other guys for your compliments as well. Makes feel good about the job I did when you guys like it.

Also again, without this forum I would have probably never known about clay bars and other detail products like I do now. Many thanks!

Now it's time for a nice foamy beverage!

I liked the look of your trim and paint so much i went out and bought some trim/tire stuff and put it on. Maybe its just the lighter color of your silver i dunno. Man When I bought mine I had to pick between 2 Identical trucks but one was your color with a chrome grill and I went with shadow. Now im startin to think yours wouldnt show kalichie dust as fast as mine does. I waxed it once today but im goin back out tomorrow so ill post a few pics.

None of the auto part stores sell it here in MS, so I have to order it online.
