Me neither -- I've never seen the product before. Are you showing your age, poolvibe?

Kind of funny you mentioned carnauba wax...

I had ice cream tonight at the house and put some chocolate sauce and sprinkles on top... while reading the ingredients on the sprinkles I noticed that they contained carnauba!

Yes. I eat sprinkles.

Back in the 70's, I used a product called Blue Coral carnauba wax on my '69 Cutlass. Put a loooong lasting shine on that baby. Anyone remember that stuff?

Unfortunately, I remember all the above products.

The Harly wax is actually pretty nice stuff. However, it's pretty much the same as most other waxes that have a high contect of pure yellow carnauba in them.

When I was pre-teens back in the '70's and shirttailing on the older guys, Blue Coral was Da Chit.

Don't remember Blue Magic. Rain Dance is part of DuPont, and Blue Coral on the other hand, has done well enough to aquire Rain-X, Wesley's and Slick 50. Slick 50<<can't win 'em all I guess.

The only stuff my Dad ever had in the garage was the classic green can of Turtle Wax w/ the little hot-rod turtle on it, Simoniz, and those crappy little chrome cans of bug/tar remover, chrome polish with the PITA lids.

Hard to believe that this Harly stuff has been around for 45 years and have never seen it for sale in a store, at a car show or swap meet, advertised on TV, trade or car mags, talked about, nothing.

I remember Rain Dance, Blue Magic, Turdle Wax, and all that other stuff, yet have never heard of Harly Wax. Liquid Glass is an old timer product as well. Just look at the 70's era show car Vette on the label, hehe.,,,,98

I also remember being thoroughly disgusted when Meguiars changed the formula on the red tub cleaner wax. It went from wax, to an oily paste. The original was harder to get off, but sure was tons better in my opinion.
