RockPick,

I was at MeguiarsOnline.com checking out some of their new products earlier this morning. I guess you'll have to add some more shelves in your garage, huh?
Out of curiosity, which of the new products are you most excited about?

The NXT QD looks interesting. Also NXT Paste is a HUGE addition to the line.

Alot of the stuff looks like products that they're going to target for the shelves at the 'mart' style stores (ie: chamois, brushes, etc) but, that is to be expected as they have lost market share because of the other companies 'detailing accessory lines'. For example, go to Wal-Mart right now and you'll see NO Meguiar's accessories. It'll all be Black Magic or Turtle Wax stuff. Yes, they'll have some shelf space with Quik Wax, Gold Class, and Quick Detailer but, outside of that, there's not a huge array. Meguiar's is out to DOMINATE the accessory market as well as the consumer product line as well. It's business.

No need to go this week... unless you can hang on to your cash until first quarter 2005.

Actually, while there seems to be some interesting new products there, and some nice accessories, I really didn't find anything "ground breaking" in that lineup.

As RP alluded too............... these products are pretty much aimied at "Joe Consumer". However, that doesn't mean they won't be good products............. just nothing to "lay awake" at night thinking about!

Agreed 100%. I'm pretty let down by the fact that there aren't any new 'pro' products.
