Hi folks.

If any of you read on the '04-'06 boards I have had some bad experiences with the service department that I purchased my truck from. *cough team ford cough* I am therefore looking for a good dealer in the Edmonton area to take my truck to.

Can any of you folks in the Edmonton area let me know where you like to take your trucks for service?

hey there - believe it or not, I find City Ford's service dep't excellent. I almost punched out one of their salesmen once and think they should be sued over their false advertising but they do a heck of a job in the service dep't!

 

You arent the first person to tell me that. Thanks for sharing your opinion.

 

Yes the City Ford service department is great. There are a few good sales guys to deal with, and if you want their names i can give them to you. But yes i think all car sales people will say or do anything to make the sale.
