Bedrug questions

I am getting my 07 Screw on Thursday and was thinking of getting a bedrug. I have seen it for $306 shipped, I have the 5.5' bed. Is there a site with a lower price? I am having the hard top lid installed also. I have read that water and dirt is not a problem getting cleaned off or dried. I am going to be suing the truck for a lot of different things, including moving dirty things and then luggage and groceries. How is the turn around from being dirty and or wet to back to normal? Thanks in advance

After you wash it,leave the top open & parked in the sun. It'll be dry shortly.
For faster drying use a leaf blower.

Got mine through TruckAddOns for $275 w/ free shipping. I just used mine to haul some dirt the other day and it washed out really easy and dried within 30-60 minutes. No stains or smells either. I really like mine I put a Lorado roll-up cover on with mine and they are a great match. Easy to clean, install and easy on the knees as well. You may also want to get yourself some Trail-Seal for the tailgate area.
I have a 05' SCAB w/ 6.5ft bed

I paid $350 installed. Love it. I use mine to carry camping supplies, tools, fishing gear, luggage and of course a few brews.

Even so, i bought mine at the local leer dealer who gave me a pretty good deal since i was buying a LEER 700 at the time.....check my gallery, i think i may have a pic of the bedrug in it

bedrug

I just sent my money in to truckaddons for a bedrug...then i see all these negative reports about them ripping guys off and not sending the parts. Anyone here had a problem with them?

When I bought mine from them I got it fast but when I rolled it out and there was some grass clippings on the rug and there were some of the Velcro strips that were used and some were missing. I have tried to get an explanation from them as to why they sent me an apparently used BedRug, but have yet to get a response from then via email; I haven't had the opportunity to call them because I am deployed. (Again) All I asked for was a hefty discount on my next purchase....
Let me know how your experience with them goes

I am thinking of buying one too. can I just leave it exposed to the elements or do I have to cover it? And I ride my four wheeler almost every weekend, how does it hold up to mud and such?
Thanks,
Chris

Yes you can leave it exposed. It will hold up great with a four wheeler and the mud

Thumbs up Of course it will...

Of course the BedRug will hold up to all that. I haul wood, fencing materials, dirt and gravel with mine. All you have to do to make it look good again is spray it out with a pressure-washer and it looks like new again. I love this thing because it also is nice to pass-out on.

Here is where I got mine http://www.truckaddons.com/Catalog/subpages/bedrug.htm Igot mine for $275 after a military discount and they shipped it for free/ I got it in about 2-3 days. If you find it cheaper anywhere else they will match it, or so they say.

I got mine on EBay for $270.00 w/free shipping. I didn't get the Ford logo on it but still it looks nice. I get many compliments. I also have a hard top cover on. I have yet to haul anything since I've only put it in a week ago.
