I haven't abused mine too much, but have thrown all sorts of stuff at it. I love that most stuff doesn't move around while driving. As far as leaving it exposed, between lids I had it packed with snow and no issues other than leaves. The only negative issue with mine is splinters getting stuck in the "nap".

As for truckaddons...they are the devil when things don't go right. I had a painful time dealing with them once and never even considered using them again or endorsing them. In my opinion a couple extra bucks elsewhere is great insurance to avoid their impossible customer "service".

Well, I got my bedrug in today. it was the correct one and all is fine so i guess my worries over truckaddons was for nothing. Maybe i missed a bullet.

I love my bedrug as well!! I recently added a ARE Z Series Cap with a matching liner and it is like having a HUGE trunk!! My gallery has some pics.

Bedrug

Just installed mine one day last week put a few things in the bed don't seem to move around like with a hard plastic one. Would recommend will have one in my next truck great fit.
