Ken did your front cover seal the gap?? I finally installed mine and their is a gap large enough in the front to allow leaking, but maybe it will run into the bucket and drain????

I went to advanced auto and got some cmper top seal I think it was 30 yards for 11.88 and I ended up putting 5 on top of each other and this provided a top seal, I now just have to drill the hole for the drain tubes
knighj1, if you've got a gap, move your left and right tracks back as far as you can, while still being able to close the tailgate- if you do this, you have to shut the gate harder, but you will have a 100% weather-tight seal provided by the rubber on the end of the cover...

I just took those pieces out b/c there was no way to get them out and back in after installing the bedrug, also the gap was at the front of the bed near the cab, the rear seems fine. Thanks for all the help guys
