I like BedRug. I do believe that's what I'm going to do to mine.

Cool

Haven't heard anyone say anything really bad about the Bedrug.

F150BQ, Yeah in the southwest corner of Va. I bet you are with S&S Tire, I actually have an account with them but with Keystone and Meyers I get next day deliveries and now Meyers is blowing everyone out of the water with pricing especially Keystone, I could tell you some stuff.

You in Lexington, shoot my in-laws live in Jackson, Ky about an hour east.

Yep, that's me. If you call Galax and ask for Brian at the Lexington office, they can transfer you up I believe.

Small world.

morris3098, I had the same issues with my penda only I was told if I wanted my mony back I would have to sue. I have lived with it for years and try not to miss a chance to bad mouth them and show off their great installation.

Hmm.

Wetanner,

I'm not doubting you at all, so don't take this the wrong way, but I'm really surprised about the issue with Penda and a warranty. Did you talk to Penda directly yourself? In my experience with Penda...and I've got a bunch...they were one of the best companies I've ever seen in handling warranties. They are so high on upselling the value in their quality over competitors that they always took care of the slightest hiccup we, or any of our dealers, would have with a warranty. I have seen them send their rep out into the field, to a customer's house, to check out a warranty issue on the truck so they could get feedback from it first hand to fix it. I never, in 6 years, had a customer with an issue that didn't get resolved 100%. That's one thing I can say about Penda for certain.

Could you have had a retailer, maybe, that just wasn't all that good? Unless you talked to Penda yourself, how do you know that your retailer wasn't the one not going to bat for you like they should have? Your retailer could have been calling their distributor and getting the run around from a poor distributor too. Most install shops don't buy direct from bedliner manufacturers, because stocking inventory that big just doesn't fly...they probably buy from a local warehouse distributor who buys directly from Penda. There were likely two steps between you and Penda...and one of them could have been hosing you.

Just a thought, not meant disrespectfully at all. Sorry you had a lousy experience!

Got to agree with F150BQ, I have been dealing with Penda for nearly 15 years and never had any warranty issues with them. Sounds more like a problem with the retailer, no need to badmouth Penda but the store where you got the liner that's a different story. Like the saying goes a happy customer will tell 5 people but an unhapy customer will tell 20 people.
