? on Line-X?

I am still debating the Line-X vs. Bedrug deal because I use my truck to haul crushed rock, wood, dirt, etc. and am worried about how the bed rug would hold up to those elements but it would be nice while camping and crawling in and out of the bed. As far as Line-x goes, I am worried about tearing/gouging it when loading and unloading my snowmobile with 4-6" carbide runners on the skis and 162 1.325" woody studs. Does anyone know how the Line-X would hold up? Also, the front of my bed has a slight bow/dent in it, can enough liner be applied to keep this flaw from being visable?? I hope truckgasm or others can answer a few of these quesitons. Thanks.

I am no expert but I do have the line-x bedliner. I have used it for various things ie. firewood, fishpond rocks, fourwheeler, chainsaw. It hasent scratched or peeled any part. As for the dent I cant say. The sleds spikes may damage it so I would get one of those cheap rubber mats made for the bed floor when you use the sled. The line-x I think will be better for hauling stuff. Not trying to start any wars here. As for the camping use a air mat or mattress. Hope this helps

why not both get line-x and a bedrug when you go camping put the bedrug inor get line-x and a drop in and use the drop in when you hall the rock in stuff when you are done pull the drop in out you will have a clean line-x. from what i have heard alot of the time line-x dealers will give you a drop in they take a lot out just ask when you set up the appointment. if not give them you number them to call you when they have on and you will get your line-x then

What you need is something that is tough protection, check out the DualLiner @ dualliner.com. Hard sidewall protection and a rubber floor that's tough enough to handle any load, but soft enough to sleep on!

Your friendly neighborhood dualliner guy.

I'm in Texas. Snow and snow mobiles are rather rare so I'm afraid I can't help you with your snow mobile question. I suggest you go to www.goline-x.com and use the dealer search function on that first page to find the LINE-X dealers in your area. Give them a call and see what they have to say.

Thanks guys, both bedrug and Line-x are out of my reach due to funds...most of my mod money goes into my best investment yet, my own home. I think I am going to get the bedrug due to the price and when hauling the sled or dirty/rocky loads I will cut out the bottom of my plastic bed liner and place it on top of the bedrug kind of like a plastic liner/protector and see how it goes. Then in three years when I get a F250, I will either have another bedrug or Line-x done when it is new. I guess I'll wait and see.

i just got the regular plastic bed linear and ive never had a problem with it cracking or bending like they use to and there only around 150 bucks now so if your just looking for some protection on your bed you may want to just do that
