Got a Rhino done a few weeks ago. Have a '99 F150 super cab short bed in the Amazon Green. Got the Rhino done in black to match the rail caps that were standard. I love it, the shop that did it did a great job. My truck was the first they did doing something new. They removed the bed hold down bolts before they rhinoed it. It now looks very professional with the bolts looking like they are holding down a bedliner when it is actually a Rhinoliner. I would also recommend the black, saw a few in off colors and thought they looked tacky. Good luck

I got the grey RhinoLiner. Close match to the bed-rail protectors. I tried to get the dude to remove the bed bolts. He was afraid the bed would fall off while he was walking around spraying it! I told him I thought that gravity would hold it on good enough. He wasn't hearing that. He did a good job. He also suggested a tablespoon of kerosene per gallon of water when washing it - to keep it shining.

I'm going with the Rhino on the F-150. Leaning towards the charcoal grey over the black since the grey matches the rail protectors. Comments on grey over black?

Kerosene for the liner yes, but using that same water for the rest of your truck will strip the wax you have on right off.

Hello, I have the Line-x spray in liner and love it. It's tuff, nothing slides around and looks great. The texter is a little different than Rhino because Line-x is sprayed on "hot" and cures faster whereas Rhino is sprayed on "cold".
Just my 2 cents

I have a LINE-X. The good thing about it is nothing slides around. The bad thing is nothing slides around. I had to haul 30 boxes of computer paper yesterday. A box weighs about 45 lbs. It was like they were nailed to the floor.

Maybe I'm just getting old...nah !

Just took delivery of my 1999 F150 SC XLT 4x4 w/ the ORP. I visited the folks at LineX, Rhino, and Toff. The Ford dealers that I talked to in the Dallas area were recommending the Toff, and after looking at the installation and feeling the material, I opted for the same. It comes with a lifetime guarantee, and since the Ford dealer sold me the product, I go to him if I have a problem. The price was $399.00, and it turned out great! If you want to check them out, go to www.toffbyartlux.com.

I just purchased a F150 4x4 and want to have the bed sprayed. Does anyone know anything about the 'Speedliner'. This is by Industrial Poylmers Corportation. They claim it is stronger and better than the Rhino Linings. Any feed back will be appreciated.

I have Line-X in my 4X4 Ranger, and it's been great (3 yrs). Very tough and maintenance free.
I ordered an F-150 XLT 5.4, which will should be here around the 21st... I'd like to see what the other spray-ins look like before I spend a little more for Line-X. I've heard a lot of good things about Rhino, but I think I saw one the other day and it looked shiny (black). It looked like soft plastic. Is this what Rhino looks like, or could it have been something else? Thanks.

Never mind. The dealers here in New Orleans are giving out coupons for Line-X when you buy a 1999... $100.00 off! Can't beat that.
Thanks anyway.

RedMan -
You can see a photo of my RhinoLiner. Just click on my truck's web-page link at the bottom of my "signature"...
It may not be obvious from the photo but the liner on the bottom of the bed is .375 inches thick!! The guy did a great job. I'm happy.

Thanks for the reply.
That's a nice truck! That liner looks good in that color, too.
I went to the Rhino dealer and saw one up close... It didn't look too bad, and if I didn't have a $100 coupon for Line-X, I would definitely consider it (Rhino is a lot cheaper).
Thanks again!
