Did you do those yourself Darren? I don't remember seeing those that dark

I just did this mod today and my lights are a bot warped now... anyone else have this issue? Any solutions to this

Might be screwed, if your meaning the lens warp drooped downward and didn't flex. You need to be quick to remove, and need to keep the oven at 200 degrees and check on the light every minute, 5 - 10 min is sufficient enough.

Just how they looked in the shade. No I bought this set. They were paint shop cleared.

Yea the did droop some.. inwards. I'll try and post up pics later. I removed as fast as possible was so much easier than headlights.
I still put them back on the truck even tho they warped atleast for now til I am capable to get new ones. Luckily my leds still fit with some pressure of course.

ouch!! reason i bought a heat gun and decided to not use the oven, anything can happen , plus ppl here would of been like "what you crazy!!"

That is quite unfortunate OifVet, I did this to a pair of tails myself, I repaired them 'damn close' with a heat gun and lots of time, but still was not perfect. Since you need to buy new lights just buy the Harley tails and smoke them.

Yes. A guy with a navy blue FX4 did it and succeeded. I tried it with the oven and broke it trying to pull it apart.

Quoted for truth.. my first taillight worked without any problem and the second one as i was prying i broke off 3 corners...guess im gonna have to glue the pieces back on until i can get a new taillight and try again
