go-on3, where did you order yours from? I went to my Ford dealer and they quoted me on $53.16. A bit much, IMO.

And how it is held in, is it able to be removed without much work? I cant decide if when I get it to put it in as molded black or to paint it white. I was thinking of installing it and if I could pull it back out and paint it if I like.

I did mine shortly after you posted your mod to the silver one......I put mine back a little further.

I like the idea because of the functionality. Definitely not my style, maybe flush mounted would look better. Great job though

anything? my local Dealership only has the AR3Z-16C630-AB part and wants $300 for the darn thing.

got an online source?

wow, had forgotten about this thread. ended up getting my scoop from Tasca for $55 shipped.

installed on my car and it lookes awesome. used rivits though to add a little extra security though. the double sided tape didn't appear to stick that well

pics? i wanted to do this mod for my 99+ front end swap a year ago but never went through with it. i might one day
