I just wanted to add a big thanks to everyone that contributed to this thread for educating me, and making the install a breeze. Thanks all!

This tutorial was awesome. Broke everything down step by step. Much better than included instructions. Pictures are definitely want thousands of words.

Natescab I would actually trade my truck with 8.5 inches of lift for your truck.

Deal, granted you pay off my loan and give me your truck. Don't forget any taxes due, of course, UTT. Actually, you could pay my loan off and flip it for almost 500 profit, maybe. You'd just be out your pride and joy, and whatever you owe on it minus maybe $500. Let's do lunch, my treat.

In all seriousness...Thanks for the compliment.

The pics from those links are on page 5, is that what you're referring to?

Is THIS really the best kit on the market like they claim? The price seems reasonable.

Only one way to find out, someone's got to try em out. I def would have considered those just for the offset. I put on a 2" AS and have slight evidence of rubbing on the driver's side, no marks on the passenger side. I'm not too worried about it, but an offset kit would have been nice. Looks like anyone who hasn't done it yet can save a few bucks.

Good point.I could weld gussets in but that would be the end of the nice shiney powdercoat.

Has anyone found the original photos from this install or has AutoSpring used these instructions that come with the kit? I am interested in doing this install and from reading this thread the very detailed instructions make it a lot easier.

Good article. How do I get the pictures to come up? When I click on the highlighted line, it directs me to an area that tells me that the picture has moved or is unavailable.

Thanks

j4brug, I have these directions with pictures saved to a Word Doc somewhere. I'll dig it up and post it here for download.
