holy cow!
i CANNOT get mine apart! i beat the edge up pretty good with no luck so far...
1/2 wide screwdriver, oven at 250 baked for 10 minutes (repeated as it cooled) and got nowhere! i was prying from the edge shown on the first page and trying to work my way out both ways with no luck...
any tips for me please?

I used a small 1/4 inch screwdriver and slid it like a knife in an area. Then pryed with it till the seal popped. Then used the 1/2 for some leverage. My first light I mangled the second I developed a technique and took it apart clean. It took me 5 times in the oven per light. After you get the lights apart I used a heat gun and the 1/4 inch screwdriver to get the rest of the seal out. That took about 10 minutes per light.
*** Do not put the oven hotter or your lenses will get hairline cracks.
Wow this was the biggest pain,...but got it done. The trick is definitely the hair dryer. Also, leave the light in the oven for about 12 minutes on 250. Another trick, get needle nose pliers to take out the excess sealant.
Definitely going to do this one.
I do have a request though, can th guys who painted the signal chrome on the front show a picture with it lit up? I am curious to see how much light it throws blacked out
