I know what you mean!! I had one on for a month before I decided to take it off. The poor truck looked like it had a moustache, that's the only description that comes to mind, LMAO! I'll never have one again either.,,,,98

Ditto. Had a smoke colored one on the front of my bright red effie. Decided I would rather clean the bugs than look at the front the way it looked.

Wes not to discourage you......but you might be better off ordering one from a auto parts store.........for us to sell and ship one to you would be the cost of a new one.......also try the JCWhitney catalog..there is one in it for a F-150 for like 32 bucks.....and its new.......try that option......its an Auto Ventshades model.........which is a good company.......they also have a web addy........ JCwhitney.com hope that helps

peace

Got to agree with you (XLT-Sport) your truck looks much better without it than with!

Could never warm up to having a bug-guard but, I do like my Saddleman Hood Protector . . .

Obviously none of you live in the south....Here in louisiana we have something called love bug season....If you had to deal with these horrible creatures none of you would be knocking bug shields....i think mine is the only reason i still have paint left on my hood. These bugs when they get splattered on the front of your vehicle excreet an acid that eats through paint....its sad. Anyways i agree it does look a little better but its not worth getting my hood re-painted. Just my .02

Don't they have those love bug's in Florida too? Think it is a south thing. If I lived their I would be using a full front end Bra! Hell, I use one in the summer up north anyway. It is not only bug's you have to worry about, it is the stones too!

I like the way mine looks on my truck. I bought a clear one and had the inside painted body color. It blends in nicely.
