I just ordered my SilverStar Bulbs last week and should be in today....Yee Ha!

9007ST for the headlights and the 9005ST for the fogs below.

I will post the results next week!

I was talking to some tech at Salvania yesterday and he said that they are having a hard time keeping up with the shipments of these NEW SilverStar bulbs to dealers across North America....he said that the SilverStar's have been tested against other brands as the best bulbs yet for the clearest and brightest appearence.

Sounded good to me!

Picked up a set last week at AutoZone to replace my Xenon bulbs -- 24.99 each. They are awesome!! I live on a dark street and the difference is very noticable....

Just put mine in the other day. They seem to be even brighter than my 9 month old PIAA's I had in there. Gave the PIAA's to Dad and he's happy with them. Can't wait to replace my fog light bulbs as well. I hate not being able to see in the dark.

VERY NICE

I just installed a set when I installed my new Lightning headlights. Figured now was the time to do it while the front end was in pieces and was easy to do. WOW! what a difference from the stock lights/bulbs. Very glad I did it!

I don't know if they are that bright? It would be close. Don't you have aftermarket eurodiamond style headlights anyways, cheater... LOL? Do they increase the brightness any? I'm still stuck with the stock head and cornor lights. Stupid old/early style 97 friggin pieces of junk. Do you know if I bought aftermarket headlights and cornors if they would work with the early style? I always wondered if and how I could update so I could just buy cornors for the newer style.

2001, can you give me the contact info for who you bought them from? I'd love to get a set or 2 at that price, this side of the border. Thanks.

Man, I'm sorry KY!! I guess I forgot to hit the email notification link back then?
The euro diamond headlights do make quite a difference in output from factory. The light is no longer diffused, and can pass directly through from the bulbs, It makes the light do weird things though. It makes patterns on the road that the factorys' didn't. Kind of like sunlight passing through a crystal??
They do make the headlights brighter! I have no idea about the early 97 assemblies, I'm just glad I have the newer style,,,,98

I just picked up a pair from Advance Auto parts store. They now have them in a two bulb blister pack for $44.95. A couple bucks savings over the $24.95 per bulb price when sold individually.
