Underseat Storage Done Look XLT-FX4

So I came across XLT-FX4's thread about making an underseat storage and I thought it was a great idea so I went to Lowe's on Saturday and picked up a 5/4" x 8" x 10' board for about ~$5.40. I measured how long I wanted it to stick out to where it was still comfy for people sitting in the back seat and it was about 6.5". The premade holes on the left side that XLT-FX4 mentioned were to big so I drilled two 1/8" holes on each side and used 1 1/4" deck screws to hold the boards in place. Then I got some cardboard and trimmed out the hump which wasn't too hard just have to do little by little. Then I cut the hump out of the wood using a jigsaw and screwed everything in. My toolbox fits perfectly in it and it looks much more organized now. I'm waiting on our friend that has a carpet business to get me some scrap carpet to match which I'll put in later. Thanks XLT-FX4. Here are some pics.

Cleaned up, the left corner was a little off because I forgot to push it down when screwing but I don't mind, it'll be covered soon.

Everything in place including: 3' bungee cords, 1 long strap, gloves, crowbar and jack accessories (I moved the jack with the space tire), ice scraper, binoculars, tool box, two jackets, window flag and a pair of shoes under the jackets.

If he doesn't have any I can get some at walmart, I just figured I'd ask him and save me a couple bucks. And Ranger go look at XLT-FX4 thread, he has pictures when he put the carpet on his and it looks good. https://www.f150online.com/forums/su...orage-box.html

Might be able cut a matching piece of carper out of a junked, wrecked truck. It SHOULD be cheap. I doubt they get many calls for used carpets.
