And yeah, only the carriage works grille and street scene mentioned above are aluminum. Rest are plastic and I don't know why they were recommended .
The plastic grills fit & finish are much more quality and accurate in the grill surround than a metal aluminum one could ever be. A replacement grill is much cleaner looking over a bolt over one too. Just my preferences. Either way, Bambi will destroy them both the same so might as well have the lighter grade grill, a plastic one.

I agree with ya bro.. I have a roush myself and prefer it over a billet.. But the OP asked for a billet alum grille. Ours are just "billet style" plastic.

Par-a-mount restyling makes aluminum billet grilles.
Here's mine on my 2010 for reference. They make em for the 04-08 too

The QA of most of the aftermarket AL grills I have seen are terrible- especially for the price! but this isn't anything new...these have been issues since the late 70's. Personally, I have built every custom grill I have ever wanted (and did a fw for others) and to be realistic, it's not that hard to do....price wise, it's typically a little more (depending if you are doing polished AL or chrome), but, is certainly looks, fits better and lasts much longer. Although this is from the early 1980's (80 or 81) here is a pic of the grill I built for this "little one"

I searched their site, but couldn't find them, unless you mean this:

it's weird because one is a replacement and the other is a bolt over right next to it.
