Rear Bumper

Well i my new Lariat has fell victom to a lady not paying attention. While sitting at a red light i was rearended. With that being said does anyone know where i can get a rear bumper besides going through ford. I was thinking aftermarket but have desided to just replace with stock. Looking for a cheaper than dealership price on a rear bumper with backup sensors. I only need the drivers side and the cap but i have only found were you have to buy both sides of the assembly. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks

If you were rear-ended, why aren't you going through her insurance and a body shop? Then you'd get an OEM bumper.

May be a little late. I would find a shop you want to do the repair and see if they are ok with you providing the initial parts off the estimate. The shop will need to work off that esttimate in case there are any hidden or unseen damages. That way they can bill the insurance company for the add'l instead of you having to come out of pocket for the add'l and have to go back to the insurance for the add'l cost. Most of the time the insurance company will not pay for supplemental damages unless a rep from that company is able to verify the damages.
