Cab lights

Does anyone know if you can put cab lights on an f150 if they didn't come stock on it? im just curious if you would have to drill holes in the roof or if there is a way to run the wiring and have it look clean. Thanks

My friend your body style and we installed cab lights. We measured and marked it all off. Drilled holes and ran all the wires down the a-pillar.

Tylus had a great right up that followed about the same process we had. Mind you this is for the 04-08 body style you could follow in a similar fashion.
