I have a 07 f150 and was thinking about swaping the front end 4 the newer model so my question is...is it possible and how much labor am I looking at?

i think it would be a matter of Front fenders, Hood, Grill, upper and lower Bumpers, Bumper Mounts, valance, if you really want to change it up mirrors....
And maybe the new style badges and FX4 stickers

I have a flareside so the bed of mine and the 09 is the same front end is only major differance.

 

Everything bolts on, headlights require you to cut the header panel a bit.

I saw this on another forum. He goes by Rodog and did the conversion. He hit a big deer and it tore up the front so he did a little upgrade. I think it looks great

 

for the money its going to cost, I would just trade in for a new model...

also if you can do this.. can you swap on the raptor front end on a old body style truck?

 

Not sure the exact cost, but I guarantee it would be really expensive just in parts alone...Doesnt seem worth it to me to waste that time and money to get an older truck to look like a newer one when you could just use that money to actually put towards buying the new model.

 

looked it up.. roughly $3500 for parts. Could be cheaper if you get parts from a junk yard that are in good condition and depending on what kind of grill you get and if you get fogs. So i would guess anywhere from 2800-3500 on this project. plus a headache or two haha
