Well I thought this thread was dead, but here are some pics of it in the booth while being sprayed. Scary sight indeed!

That paint all scuffed up made me cringe. Very very nice looking truck though. Love the results.

when i first saw his plat with those bumpers i thought to myself, " a brand new platinum and ugly bumpers".....but i didnt say anything, maybe it was the instinct of it not been finished(obviously). so i kept up with this mans ride and i gotta say bro i hate you for having such a nice truck outta the factory and making a real truck, and not just a fancy car with a bed...it truly speaks for itself as a luxury ride can have tough aggressive looks, and i hope in my future i can have a truck as respectable as yours, i can now respect your vision!!!! btw i would leave the stickers, unless you go with custom vinyl

First off, this is the best, toughest looking 09-10 F150 I have seen yet ! And this should mean something extra, coming from a guy who has never really cared for the 09-10's. Also, I prefer S-cabs with 6 1/2 ft beds, over S-crews with 5 1/2ft beds...... and yet still, that looks freaking sick !

My only couple critiques would be;
1) those tail lights (and I think) the headlights, have that ugly trim, around / through them. Plastic chrome would be bad enough, but that trim has like some off white rubber or something in there too ! Yuk ! Who at Ford came up with that ?

2) Your lift, along with those wheels looks fantastic ! However, it looks as though your front end is an inch or two higher than the rear. I know some guys like this, but to me, it makes the truck look like it's dragging its a$$... or maybe, tail between it's legs. Dead level is where it's at.

All in all though, WOW !

Even as much as I love my own F150, it will never look this good, without being raised, and having bigger tires and wheels, and since that's not feasible for my uses of the truck, that won't ever happen.

Take good care of her

Peace,
Fish
