Hood Options for the F150?

Do they make a true Cowl Induction or Heat Extractor hood for the 04-08 F150s? I have been looking at getting the Saleen hood, but can't figure out if it is really a functional hood or just for looks. Input surely appreciated.

I have a Reflexxions steel non cobra cowl induction hood on my 05. I just need to get it painted someday. They can be had much cheaper now than a few years ago.

I like that, one of the best aftermarket hoods I have seen for the F150. IMO
