I have an 01' f150 4X4 and am looking to do little things to make it even better. I just got the truck repainted and put in brand new speakers all the way around (along with a new radio itself) now im looking into cheaper mods to make it nicer. I'm looking at the gotts mod as a starting point. Does anybody have any cheap mods they've done to their trucks (i.e. paint headlight housing)

 

torsion bars. turn them up and level the truck. its free, except for the alignment. painting trim(esp. on our older trucks, because they fade) will make that new paint pop.

 

pick up a can of spray paint and start painting a few interior trim pieces to put some accent on it. cheap, easy, and looks great!

 

Post a pic of your truck. That way we get a better idea of what we're working with.

I already cranked the torsion bars and added a 3 in. block in the rear. Here is a pic of my truck before the paint job (it is still in the shop gettin the final touches of paint, decided to change color and everything on her)

 

Billet grille is kinda cheap
