What next?

I am ready to start spending some money on my truck again. I just dont know what to do next. Where do I start I have recon taillights and thirdbrake, roush intake and exhaust, programer, new audio throughout the truck. So any idea would be greatly appreciated. I do plan on getting my bumpers painted to match and window tint, but other than that I dont know where to go next

First off... you gotta nice truck!

How about grille, painted headlights, NFab Steps, Rims, Tow Mirrors.. Like you said, tint, PTM bumpers.

I would start with removing the chrome stick-ons and get LT Handles (Buy or DIY) and PTM mirror caps...

I don't know how attached to that strip on the side, but I would remove that.. That would be a good change

IMO rims and tires make the biggest impression, but for a lot less money new headlights, fog lights, and main/bumper grilles do a great job too.

Some Fender Flares would look very sharp on your truck...
