I know they light up, seen the video on youtube of the guy at Hella installing the entire Hella light kit to an '04 - '08, still think the lower portion ids hideous looking, all black would look awesome but they still look sweet.

I always had reservations about the hump and the parking lights, but honestly after going ahead and getting them they look good IMO. I'm very happy with them.

 

I've got some reservations on whether these are too dark or not. I may do some work to the lights to make them more legal.

Looks fine to me, if people have common sense and see a third brake light they should know the vehicle is braking. I look for the third brake lights on cars, not the tail lamps.

 

I'll take pics of mine to see if there's any difference between a regular bulb and leds.

 

Well to keep me from getting a ticket I put the stock HD tails back on. Going to do some 'work' on the painted Hella LED's. I'll keep you all updated on my progress.
