PatriotDecals is back with Inlays

I performed a search and didn't find where this had been previously listed. It looks like PatriotDecals has found a loophole in creating the inlays for F series trucks again. Individual lettering.

Someone likely took my advice and emailed them to see if they could do it. Glad to see people can still do inlays.

If you want something done it must be custom--nothing to do with Ford. Decals and overlays not too bad, but it's going to be difficult with the emblem inlays.

I'd see if Patriot could do some type of inlay system like "051rodF-".....that way you can still cut out the individual letters for your emblems.

I just measured the lettering on my badges and they match up to the measurements for the letters.

Go Patriot Decals

So you get the letters that are on your badges, and the letters on the vinyl strip fit on the existing letters on the badges? Or am I missing something?

You order the F-150 in the bigger letters and then get the XL/XLT/Lariat/5.4/Triton made up in the little letters. The vinyl strip will fit the lower part of the badge under the F150 since it's the same shape and length I'm guessing. I would guess the strip is for those people who don't want to mess around with trying to line up the little letters.

Ok -- just ordered my inlays before the "legal eagles" reared their ugly heads again.....

In all honesty, I wouldn't even be interested in this product if Ford could make an emblem where the paint didn't peel.....

I bet if you sent them an e-mail they could probably answer that question better than we could.

How hard are these to put on? Anyone had experience? Should I paint my entire emblem and then use the letter inserts or to the solid peice with the letters applied?
