Your best bet would be buying a grille and cutting the honeycomb out of it. You would have to fab something up brackets wise to mount it, but it can be done. Check craigslist for grilles.. I see them on there all the time.

Let me know if you find something.
Good Luck!
I've been looking for awhile...
Apparently when Moss Motors still had a F-150 department they sold something called a 'Gap Grille'. But they haven't been around for a couple of years. I only run across info about that through searches.
I'd love to have something to match my Patman.

There ya go! Just find one cut it up and paint it(unless you can get your hands on a black one), because I doubt your going to find one for the bumper.

If you ever find the GAP Grille insert, be aware it only fits the 04 and the 05. In 06 Ford changed the size of the opening and the GAP did not fit.

Get that grille from that guy!!! Cut it up but make it bigger than what you are cutting it out for and make some little tabs to hold it up.. its cake!

Mines a front grill off a Toyota car. The size is perfect and had a filled honeycomb for a bracket mount. It was black but I painted it, and it only cost me $2.00 at a wreckers. You won't find anything unless you make it yourself. Do a search, there are lots of people that did a mod like this and some look really good.

I cannot remember. I went back a week later to find out but it was gone. It was an older one. I'll look around and try to find one.

read the link for more on the topic. Also there is a truck with the factory grill cut to fit the bumper.

The only thing is I think it would look a bit weird. I think you would need to do like patman, and get the ford emblem out the center, because if not it wouldn't look right if not.
