DDM Tuning Install Issue

Even All,
I just installed a DDMTuning H13 Hi/Low kit on my '06 Lariat Screw. Everything fires up fine but for some reason when ever I turn on the stock fog lights the HIDs go into the Hi Beam position. It doesn't matter if the light switch is in the Auto or manual position. When I pull the switch for the fogs the HIDs go to the brights. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jeff

OK, after looking around the site and re-reading the DDM pictoral instructions I believe that perhaps DDM sent me the wrong relay harness for the mains. The harness I recieved has one Positve connection for the battery and two ground connections near each of the headlight connections. The ones on the instructions have the ground connection at the battery.

For those with the H13 Hi/Lo kit can you confirm that the correct harness has only 1 positive connection and 1 ground connection?

Bunch O' suck.

I ordered Raptor 55w H13 HiLow 6000K for the mains and 35w H1 6000K for the fogs. I'm guessing they saw the H1 as part of the order and threw that harness in the box.

I can tell you why they're sending the wrong stuff. All their packaging has either no part numbers, or part numbers printed extremely small. If they'd put part labels on EVERY box and harness package and implement a bar code system they'd have better quality control.

I tired to call them last Friday to ask a few questions. If they dont answer you cant just be placed on hold till they answer. You have to keep pushing buttions to stay on the line and its like it redials, Its pretty stupid.

Calling is the only way to get through to them, they wanted me to ship the bulbs back to them that were damaged when I recieved them and wanted me to wait for UPS to accept the claim. But when I called, waited 10mins on hold and it took all of 2 mins. to get it resolved got a new set of bulbs on the way . Phone is the way to go I called like 30mins before they closed early in the morning right when the open it was busy all the way till lunch ....good luck

Unbelievable. They sent me the wrong harness...again. When I called them some nit-wit girl tried telling me it was the right one. I finally got a guy on the phone and he told me I need to submit a ticket with a picture of the harness via their website. Screw that, I'm returning both kits for a refund.
