Window tint curing?

Hi all, this is my first actual post here. Question is, I had my trucks windows tinted yesterday. When I picked it up the guy said that it would take a few days to cure and it might look cloudy for a couple days etc.. Well with me being a perfectionist, when I got home I went to check their work. I noticed bubbles on 4 of the 7 windows. So I got on the forums and it seems normal for this to happen. So I decided to sleep on it. The next morning one of the windows looks like the glue froze (it's winter time). Is this something to worry about? I've searched the forums but to no avail. Any help would be appreciative...thanks.

most of the tinters here now use a heatgun or hairdryer to cure it. bubbles are common during the curing process dont know about the frozen glue maybe why he said it would take so long usually 24hrs is all during summer

Call him and see if it's normal. That way, he's aware of the problem in case it doesn't go away in a couple days of being parked out in the sun.

most tint places have a lifetime warranty on there finish.........and tint doesn't really have glue that can freeze, its applied with a solution of baby soap and distilled water and its sticky like a sticker and it lays down, the water is usually worked completely out with a squeege unless its stuck in a bubble...or you have an air bubble...let it sit for 3 days then if its still like that take it back.

Well I know that most around here say wait three days to roll the windows down that way they can fully cure before being disturped.

Even when we had the old lady's Explorer done in the summer, it was almost 2 weeks before the bubbles were completely gone. There was always a couple small ones in each window but they did go away. The tint job looks amazing and was one of those things you have to be patient about. It helps parking in direct sun, even in the winter.
