Saleen Grill Questions

Can someone take pictures of the back side of their grill to show me how it attaches to the surround?

My truck came with a billet grill that has some bolts/screws holding it into place and Im worried I might be missing some plastic clips or something.

I want to install my grill this coming weekend

as long as the clips in the grill surround are still intact , you should be ok.

i too had a billet grill with screws and what not, and i installed my roush grill with no problems. and i dont see the roush and saleen attaching much differently

So are you basically kinda screwed if you snapped off like half of your clips when removing the stock grille?

You didnt take pictures of this did you? Im looking at how you wrote the surround has tabs that lock into place but that you also broke off all the tabs holding the grill on....

not necessarily, id prolly say ive broken half the clips , and the grill still attached fine and if you think about it, it still attaches to the hood.

With the Saleen grill you will need to reuse the grill surround and also the grill mounts, which are the metal bars that attach the grill to the hood.
