problem with nightshades...

so the other night i was on the way home from picking up my buddy whos home on leave and i got pulled over by a highway patrol, and i was informed that my headlights were considered "faulty equipment". im pretty sure my buddy being in uniform saved my *** because the cop was talking to him and stuff about the navy haha. anyways now i need to find out a way to remove the nightshades so i can respray them and use less. does anyone have any reccomendations on how to get it off?

thanks guys

Wet sanding and buff them up. It probably won't take all of it off, but it might lighten them enough to where you don't need to respray.

Why'd you spray Niteshades on your HL? Always figured they were more for tails.

When I first did mine it was too dark for me. I took paint thinner and rubbed till it all came off. Not too hard to do . Then you can do a light sand and start over. :santa:

VHT recommends lacquer thinner to remove NS. Works like a charm. If it's been on your heads for a while it will take a little bit of elbow grease but it will come off. After you use the lacquer thinner be sure to clean it all off with some rubbing alcohol.
