My problem is I'm in Canada, so I have to pay for shipping both ways=(( Ive sent them my headlights and foglights ballasts(4 in total) and waiting for them now to test them and get back to me. Running stock headlights and raptor ballasts on foglights for now.
Hopefully will get my exchange. I'm planning on doing quad-xenon retrofit conversion in the summer, so 4 extra ballasts is just what I need(2 each headlight). We'll see.
It seems, that DDMs ballasts are not as water/shock proof as they advertise them, that's all. Just have to find a good relatively dry spot to mount them. Also - one of the connectors( the one that goes to stock power source) wasn't waterproof - I've found all pins rusty and wet inside.
As far as client support, they seem to be fine - only usually wait about 5-7 min on hold to get to tech support, but that's alright I guess and they do return the messages=))
So I have no problem with them as far as service. Hopefully I was just unlucky and new ballasts will work fine, like they did for many people here on this forum.
