Looks great! Let me know how they hold up. I thought about doing mine myself but I was a little afraid of the durability of the rattle can paint on the mirrors? They take more direct hits from bugs and stuff than the handles do.

That looks a lot easier. Do you have any instructions on how to get them off?

Yeah I was kinda worried about that as well... hopefully they hold up through the rough bug season right before harvest and throughout winter...

But I suppose if they start to look to bad, It really wasn't that bad of a project. Toughest part is the wait between coats. And if INDC lets us know how he did that then It really wouldn't be to bad..

Pop off the mirrors... they can be pushed down and then pull it off... takes some force. There are 4 srews that need to be undone that hold the mirror cap to the whole mirror fixture... I used an allen wrench, can't remember the size. Then the covers pop off.

I was too, but it was pretty simple. Just be forceful but gentle is the best way I can put it.

Removing all that chrome really toned down the "look at me" vibe your truck was giving off...

Now it just says "Im a badass - get out of the way"

Great work!

push the mirror glass all the way down down and in , where the mirror glass is attached to the motor in the back, there are 3 clips that are holding the glass on. take a long flat head screw driver and pop each clip , then remove the mirror and unplug the wires if you have power mirrors, the the actual cap is held on by 4 torx screws

I like the direction you're going with it!

Not too flashy but tasteful at this point, the chrome caps and handles were a bit over the top in my opinion
