White Letters On Tires

What is everyone's opinions of tires with white letters? I've always liked them and really wish that the previous owner of my truck would have had the tires mounted with white letters out.

I always liked the look of the raised white letter tires on trucks, but not on cars. I know some people who don't like them at all. I've always had them on my trucks, with the letters out. It's my truck and I'll make look how I like it. Too bad about your previous owner turning them in.

theyre not too bad w/ white letters out. on a black truck thats meant to be "blacked out" then it looks good w/ black out. my white truck looks good with white out..

white letters = ugly as hell unless on a 4wd with stock wheels. Your truck would look terrible with white font sidewalls.

i run white out on my bfg's and it makes them pop more when you look at them opposed to the plain bland look of black out

Black sidewall, always. I have not seen a tire or a truck that did not look better with the black out.

I think that white letters can be a very creative look... I like them, most of the larger size tire are not being made with that look any more... To bad...

The above are the tires I replaced. I liked the look, but they were just to small after the installation of the leveling kit.

Really, I always thought the opposite, "looks good except those damn boring looking tires".

Something that use to be common back in the 80s. With disco dancing and bell bottoms.

I don't mind the white letters, its just the dang brake dust that sticks to them and looks like crap. So I got tired of always cleaning and just switched the tires around.
