I already went to the shop to see how close they could match it, and it's damn near the same color as the rest of the truck. You'd wouldn't be able to tell the difference unless you knew about it.

No powder coated bumpers yet, just the Patriot Decals hood stripes.

Yeah I know. In my case it will be about $300-$400 just for the ring, pinion and LSD. Then I've got to pay the local Ford Performance shop to put it all together. The bumpers won't be done til the exhaust is done, and the exhaust won't be done til the Gryphon is in.

300-400 is damn cheap for gears AND an LSD(if it's the truetrac you are still going with). Try to find a shop that'll install them for 300. this is the situation im in - i figure once i actually buy the gears and they are staring me in the face i will be more motivated to spend the $$$ more the install. Anyway, i think painting those bumpers would give it more of a street truck feel

I'm just going to use an rebuilt OEM LSD, and the performance shop said it would be around $300 just to install them and dial them in. Did you ever decide on either the 4.10's or 4.30's?

Make sure you get somone to do the gears that actually knows what they are doing. You get what you pay for.
