Hella 500's use the H3 type bulb. Several companies sell an H3C HID kit for around $100 but I have never seen one used or have even heard anyone using them. I have been interested in doing this too, but dont want to spend $100 on such a tiny little bulb. I'd rather find a kit that uses a bigger bulb like H13s or 9140's or something.

For the fog lights, check out the Hella 500FF. They use "Free-Form" lighting and have a way better beam pattern compared to those you have selected.
