An aftermarket sunroof was installed in mine prior to me taking delivery of it. It has been two years and no leaks whatsoever. It cost just about $1,000 if I remember correctly. If you are serious about it, I will dig up the paperwork of the manufacturer.

I've been planing the addition of one to my 06 Lariat by a local (Shreveport, LA) firm that does most all of the local dealer installs. Inspected one he put into a F150 limited and it was impossible to tell it wasn't factory. Totally electric - drops into the roof when open. They cut right behind the overhead interior lights - so you loose the little storage box or any other rail mounted storage. Cost installed is $1200. I don't recall the brand name right now but I can email you his contact info if you'd like. I do recall they use one of the best known brands out there that I found on another Ford forum. - I did all this research about a year ago when I bought the truck - just haven't seemed to be able to put the $$$ aside - something of a higher priority always comes up.

I had a couple of aftermarket sunroofs installed in my previous vehicles. Never had any issues and they looked great! I believe both were from Webasto and were full power tilt/retract. I got a real deal on one for $900 installed and paid $1200 installed for the other. Here's a couple of pics; not Fords but gives you an idea of the finished product.
