He has converted everything over to lariat specs and if you never seen it when he brought it you would never know it was the base model. we jokd him the last two years and kept asking why not just buy a lariat. he use to say im building my own custom lariat. that he did. probably cost him more but he feels like its nothing more satisfying than modding his truck
I am sorry, but your writing style gives me a headache. Maybe you have some excellent thoughts, and have made some valid points. I will not waste my time, nor make effort to decipher run on sentences without capitalization.

I also guess that I am getting old, tired, and cranky...

back in the day my buddy had a Softail Custom circa 1990--he also had
a Ford F150 that he painted orange with black stripes and a Harley Davidson Logo on the hood. No HD models back then, Ford jumped on the band wagon because of all the biker yuppy enthusiasts that "loved" their new shiney bikes and figured why not capitalize on this and put out an HD version. Personally, I like my buddies truck the best and THAT was a mod even by todays standards. You want to put an itty bitty badge on your truck to say you like Harleys, or better yet own one, then go right the F$%k ahead.
And you shouldn't give a **** about my opinion either.

Totally... and unfortunately, yea. Don't know how/who/where, but there's a good nick in the tailgate.

I always laugh at the Dodge SRT-10 because of the wing

Well... I ordered the headlights and the grill....

I think I'll leave the badges off for now because I think I would feel a bit like a poser.

But if anyone talks smack about my new grill and headlights ... they can bite me.

PEACE !

oh.. thanks for all the replies I loved reading them.

Is it just me or am I the only one that actually likes the SRT-10 wing? I agree its TOO big but a nice low profile one is what I want for my tonneau when I get it.

Its just you... Only maxi-pads and airplanes should have wings...

And maybe the occasional vehicle that needs the additional downforce for traction. Our trucks do not.
