Thanks guys. Tomorrow morning I'm going to wash the truck really good THEN put it on and get pics. I finally did it. Since my dad handed me the keys to the truck this time last year, I wanted a billet grille, got te grille, wanted chrome surround, got the surround, wanted new heads, got the heads, wanted HIDs, got the HIDs, and now I wanted the bumper painted, and now my front end is DONE! I really want to thank built54 for his painting tips, they really worked, Grafix, 4.2trimble, Jeepin, and everyone else for really pushing me to do this! Thanks guys! Couldn't have done it without you!!! :santa:
good to hear bud... modding does't always have to be expensive either... patience, and searching pays off.

C O N G R A T S !!!!! Good job bud ! Doesn't it feel better knowing ya did it yourself ? And on the cheaper side of things !

Damn fine job though bud. Definately would suggest waiting for OE paint. Can't wait to see everything installed !

Final 100% Product

For those still awake, here's a peek at what you will see tomorrow. I came home tonight and touched it and it felt as smooth as the paint on a brand new car. I attatched the valence and CAREFULLY put the bumper back on. Also forgot to mention that I put those two little 90 degree curve trim pieces that fill in the hole between the bumper and surround back on with new, better christmas tree clips, so this time they wont rot out. This is great, it may have even raised the value of my truck a bit! I'm going to let it sit until maybe noon tomorrow before I go anywhere. But it looks great! If you can manage to see, I had my HIDs on (we all know how cameras hate HIDs) so if you can, great, if not, wait until tomorrow! Going to celebrate tonight (in a legal way)

^^ Just showin off my HIDs ^^

Can't wait to wash the whole truck and get a new siggy pic! She's so shiny now, I think Shinesintx might be able to see its reflection!

(Sorry for the 90 degree pics, but this can be solved by turning your monitor on its side.)

^^ You can see the black trim pieces inbetween the bumper and surround that I just put on sorta ^^

2 things - is the bumper on straight? I looks like the back is lower than the front.

And, is there something that fills that gap in between the bumper and the grill in the middle??

Does it look less "gap-ish" during the day? At night with a flash might make it look worse than it actually is.

Its the flash actually lightning up everything back there. Tomorrow morning are the glory shots. These are just to keep you guys on your heels. I know how bad you've been waiting to see finished pics. I've ran outside like 5 times to look at it in the last 10 mins alone. I think I actually might sleep in my truck tonight

looks good... i can tell you those hids are not 6k from the colour there in the pics..weird...

imo bud i'd get rid of those small fogs, they just don't look right.
imo id either get rid of them completely or replace them with large hella lights.

Nah, the big round Hella's are too much of a "hick-ish" look for me. I like the low-profile look of my slim driving lights behind the grille.

Thanks Jeepin, I was kinda holding my breath waiting for your reply. Root time!
