Looks great though, I guess I missed it the first time around anyway so it's new to me! Gotta love DIY mods! Good work mate!

That looks AWESOME...so what paint was used for the headlights again? Also, when you seperate them...you just paint or you sand with 600 grit?

I run 6K HID's in mine...will that hurt the paint job?

Thanks..I really want to do the headlight thing..lol!!!! OH...and foglight thing....

I just did my headlights the other day. I used 600 grit but there is a how to thread in the how to section on how to do this exactly. Go check it out. But some guys didn't even sand it and turns out the same.

I used krylon fusion satin black but some use gloss. Its made for plastics and doesn't need any kind of prep work to stick. But just give it a good wipe down and go to town on it

Here ya go... marine2014's pic

...And for future ref.. after you upload pics to your album, if you open up the picture you would like, at the bottom you will see a link for the picture, and another wrapped in the [IMG ] tag.. either copy/paste the one with the [IMG] directly into the post, or copy/paste the picture link into the "Insert Image" on the message options tab (Yellow one with mountains).

Thanks...should be picking up my friends heat gun on Sunday. Might start it on Monday...

What was used again to re-seal the lights after painting?
