So tell me....when you guys who have done this, pop the reflector out with a screwdriver and then break it up and remove it piece by piece. Do you replace that little bulb with one that is orange or a little stealth bulb?

Be very careful when breaking up the piece's if you want to pull them throught the headlight without baking. I tried this and scratched the lens's inside pretty good and finally cracked the chrome reflector and had to buy a new headlight. I would just take the time to bake them if you really want them out.

Put them in the oven to melt the glue holding the lens cover onto the assy. I think its like 175 degrees for like 5 mins or so should soften it up.

do you actually leave it in the oven for 10 minutes?... might as well throw a pizza in with it lol, seems a bit long. Or is that just to let the oven warm up before tossing them in

10 minutes is fine. You will probably have to do it a couple times before you get them fully apart. The glue tends to harden pretty quick.
