Clear cornerlights problems

So I just got some clear cornerlights for my birthday but Im having a little bit of trouble fitting them. So there are the little tracks on the cornerlights, one on top, and one on the bottom which you slide into the car and the little pins on the cornerlight fit into the holes on the car.

The new cornerlights only have the little track on the top and not the bottom, so they tend to kind of stick out further than the old ones. Anyone had experience with this and know what to do?

maybe you can post some pics. were there any instructions? might post those too.

the problem with aftermarket parts is they dont fit exactly like ford had the factory ones.

99.999% of all after-market CC's I've seen are OEM shells with different lenses and reflectors.

Plz get pics, it would help us help you

you just have to keep trying, line it up and push it in. It will probably take you a few tries to get them in their right.
