It wasnt that bad. For the 60led reverse lights, 27led blinkers, and the 9led map lights, it was like 100. That was with a coupon code I found online :-)

just get the silverstar front turn signals. Save the HID's and LED's for headlights, fogs, brake lights and 3rd brake light. Silverstar turn signals have a blueish/mirror color but light up amber when there on and when they blink..I once put LED's in my reverse lights, omg what crap they were i can harldy see anything behind me, was like the stock were 10 times brighter..Pics are in my profile.. And silverstars are 100% legal.

I have the silverstar front turn signals, but hate the blue tint. I want a clear bulb that blins amber. So LED's are for me. And I got the brightest reverse lights I could find so they would match my Fire & Ice bar. The ice bar looks sweet, but clashes with the halogen reverse lights.

I got a pair of "stealth bulbs" off Ebay. Chrome when off, bright orange when on!

I did white.... I think it looks waaay cleaner and here in Alberta were either allowed amber or white for the blinkers

I just went ahead and got the whole LED rear set up as well

So I'm new to this...just figuring everything out. I know this will be a little random, but this is the only thread I could find about turn signals. I have seen on other trucks, a blue turn signal...I'm not exactly sure what it is. I can never seem to find anything like them to buy. All I can find are chrome plated amber bulbs. Here is a picture of one...http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Parts...=p4506.c0.m245 - sorry I know its long...but thanks.

Just search for "blue 3157" in eBay and you'll find all the blue bulbs you need.

I haven't tried these out, but I came across them when looking at superbrightleds.com. They are flashers for different vehicles.

And for the 3157 bulbs I found some here.

I installed my equalizers today to fix the hyper flash on my signals. The problem I have is the left side blinks slow now but the right one still hyper flashes. I hooked them up the same way and even tried swapping parts around but it made no difference.

Any thoughts?

A question about the flasher module...if I were to swap out the module for the replacement for LED's, how would it act if I were to go back to all filament bulbs instead of all LED's (i.e. I sell the truck and forget to swap it back out)? Would it flash really, really slow - the opposite of what the LED's do with the normal flasher (all due to lack of resistance in the LED's)???

I would like to keep my OEM tails and run LED bulbs in the head signals and all of the tails, but for the 3 pairs of bulbs in the taillights plus a module it might be close to what the Hella (or definitely eBay knockoffs) LED tails would cost...probably not though...
