I have a one piece original Line of Fire and it's held up perfectly! No problems with moisture or anything else. I guess there are some cheaper brands out there that are not holding up as well. Specifically those that are 3 pieces. I love mine!

IN case anybody wants to go the cheap route: About 5 yrs ago before all these led strips came out my dad went to the junkyard and took off three 3rd brake lights from either a suburban or a van(chevy)and stuck them under the tailgate-I guess he should have had the patent!

Mine was a 3 piece(which I didnt know...I wanted a 1 piece but I bought it on ebay and didnt know it was in pieces) It was also made by Bully which I thought would be a good brand but it was just generic and one day I pist and ripped the thing off and threw it in the garbage. The next one I get will probably be a Fire and Ice but Im just waiting a little while to see if everyone elses is holding up good.

I have the Line of Fire. I have had for around 2 years now with no problem. If you do it right you can get one cheap on Ebay.

I just installed mine last week (fire/ice) and I love it! I got it on before a huge thunderstorm and hail stuff when I was going down the highway I know people must have appreciated the greater visability that it provides for moving lanes, and with the new lift I feel that I make a bigger impression when it comes to braking etc.!

P.S. Good find Mmmmmbuckles, it must be the 07 blood to get these lol
