Well I do want one that has heat extraction. Maybe the cobra type with functional side vents... I dunno though.

Yea side vents would look good. Why don't you just buy the vents and put them into your hood you have? Check out f150store.com they have the vents i believe.

Nah, I think that is kinda tacky. I thought about something like that, and mold it in, but id rather buy one all done and ready to bolt on. I really like this one, but its almost $600

Just so everyone here knows where I stand...

I don't tolerate stupidity. As such, one temp-suspension has been placed and I won't hesitate to place others.

I suggest that we all focus on the TOPIC on each of the previous threads -- it's smarter and causes me less headaches.

Thank you for cooperating.

I cant find the image now, but there was someone who moulded the extractors from an 01 cobra hood into the hood of their F-150. it was a fairly smooth look, and imo, really suited his truck! I will continue to search for it

HI!... For our body style BUILT54, I prefer the CERVINI's 3" cowl induction hood. It has heat extractors under the cowl towards the windsheild. Here's a few pics of mine :

Does that hood bolt right in the factory location without having to drill it?

Built54,

I REALLY like the hood from SunCoast Customs. Looks similar to mine just bigger....AWESOME It is pricey though...800+ Mine was cheapier.
