New Grill Installed
Hey I had a question about your grill, did it require any cutting or was it a bolt on? Also where did you get your door handles? Did you install the grill and handles yourself, and if so how hard was it? And if you don't mind me asking how much were the handles? I want to get a set like that for my truck.

How easy was it to install and did it require any cutting or was it a bolt on?
It was very easy to install if you don’t want to keep your existing grille. The whole grille assembly bolts off the truck from under the hood. The Roush grille is a replacement for the entire assembly minus the grille surround. It also comes with parts to mount the Ford emblem from the existing grille. The hardest part about this installation would be taking off the grille surround from the existing grille, but I used a small rotary tool to cut the plastic tabs off the existing grille that hold the surround in place. After the surround was off, you just simply snap the surround into the new Roush grille and bolt back on.
You could do this install without any cutting since the Roush grille is a total replacement. You don’t need to cut the existing grille to get the surround off, but it would be a major pain.
The Roush grille is a total replacment for part 1

Was that the $195 option?
Yes, it’s the chrome over plastic grille.

Do your step bars fold down or what?
No, my step bars do not fold down. They are the Westin sport tubes (just like on the old body style Harley trucks)

I got the door handles from FordParts.com. They are from the 2006 Lincoln Mark LT truck. You can browse the parts catalog for the handles; just remember you have to look under the Lincoln truck. The only have about 5 colors available. I had trouble finding the right part numbers, so I email Ken at sales@fordparts.com. He was very helpful and sent me the list of part numbers I needed. I got all 4 doors and the tailgate replacement parts. The install was fairly easy, except for the front driver’s side door with keyless entry. It was kind of a pain getting that one in.
I used these instructions for the install:

I think I paid $260 for all 5 handles. Well worth it in my opinion, it makes a huge difference with the look of the truck.

Man..that's my favorite billet style grill yet... we should all get something together and contact roush letting then know they are really screwing up not offering a lower insert. I would probably switch out my CW grills for those if they have both... but I don't want ONLY a top, or miss-matched top and bottom
very nice, I hate to be a biter but I definitely am thinking of making my screw look like yours. and Since I'm a coonass (cajun) in Hawaii nobody but people on the board will know, hehe
