Handle Covers DONE!

Just finished doing my handles. I got ABS Plastic chrome handle overlays Off ebay. They look so much better than the stock black. Here is a quick Before and After followed by some diff angles.

After

The Handles ties in nicely with all the chrome shown on the backend.

yeah that makes a huge difference, I love my stainless set. I wish they had made it standard equip from the factory. I have one more thing to add before I post my "after" pix, waiting on my grille insert. I did the exhaust, wheels/tires, chrome handles, license plate frames, seat covers, etc. The truck went from Ok to awesome in a few weeks.

It sure is fun blowing through all your money to personalize your ride isn't it?

BTW, are those step bars OEM? If so can you do me a big favor and take a few pix of the brackets from underneath? I bought a set online and they sent the wrong brackets, they don't work on my truck and I want to show him what they should look like.

Haven't forgot about you, dumped about 6 inches of snow on Sunday so kinda hard to get under the truck. She's going into the garage tomorrow for the Fuel Door Cover to go on so I'll snap a pic then.

Took these pics at Midnight. Held the cam under and used flash. If you need bigger pics tell me. Also, if you need better pics tell me. The brackets seem to be a a double system, bolts onto the lip with bolts that go vertically upwards and then an extension of the bracket that go in horizontally in the direction of the exterior (as opposed to towards center of the truck).

Hope this helps. let me know.

thanks so much bro, this will help immensely! It is greatly appreciated! That is exactly what I was hoping for, the ones the guy sent me were flush and there is no way they could possibly work. Now i can show him EXACTLY what he needs to send me.

How did the fuel door come out? I love mine BTW.

Yeah I should have pix of all my mods by this weekend if it ever stops raining!

Thanks again for the step bracket pictures, I will have to wait to get mine installed but at least now the seller will know which ones to send me.

Yeah he sent the wrong ones but just because he thought they were the right ones. He has a shop that does conversions and custom upgrades and these were OEM taken off a King Ranch, he just assumed they fit all Crew's. He has been more than helpfull and communicates well but it is a tad frustrating just becuase I have these sweet bars just waiting to be put on my truck. It will be a nice finishing touch, I think all my appearance mods will be completed tomorrow other than the bars.

Nice! It seems like all king ranch stuff and heritage stuff is different. I am surprised that the brackets don't fit all supercrews tho!
